Dr. Betty Wills is a Nurse Leader with over 40 years in the healthcare industry, a former Professor of Nursing at universities in Canada and Asia, a former CEO and Director of Care for large care homes in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia. She has worked as a Clinician, Professor, Director, Researcher, Consultant and Advocate, as well as a lead surveyor for Accreditation Canada. Caring for seniors and their families is her passion, and her mission is to ensure they are able to access the best available care and make the best choices for themselves and their families.

Dr. Wills holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Calgary, Master’s degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Hague University in The Netherlands, and a PhD in Nursing from the University of Alberta.

Dr. Wills believes in the highest standards of education and the constant acquisition and application of new knowledge in order to be current with the latest standards of care and to be able to serve clients at the highest level.
